The Service Manager and AC repairman came promptly first thing this morning and found a mistake made in the wiring. I have no more problems with the water leaking or noise from my units and they are very quiet and efficient. Promises were, also, made to rectify the emergency response the next time if I have other issues after hours or on the weekend.
I had A Lennox mini split heat pump installed on Wednesday June 24, 2020 and it broke down on Saturday June 27, 2020. I called J J Powell emergency service because I had WATER STREAMING DOWN MY WALL and the unit was making a HORRENDOUS NOISE. I was told the technician could not come out and look at it and it would have to wait till Monday morning. Take care of their people AFTER THE SALE, and sell them what they ask for, not what you want to sell them. I was sold 2 faulty Lennox mini split heat pumps. I asked for the Mitsubishi brand. The Lennox didn't last 3 days and they wouldn't come fix them because it was Saturday.
I unfortunately was out of fuel, tried to get them to make a delivery, told me it would be an x-tra 30.00. even if it was 2 days later. had my husband pay off previous balance of 182.21, charged him 2.69 service charge. I called back they had me down for a delivery but not sure what day. I then called Grove energy and explained to them and guess what they are coming tomorrow morning with a delivery. not a wise business move with the economy the way it is! “Last of the home town heroes” Because of the coronavirus I am behind on my budget payments. I called the company to see what I should do. They put my account on hold and told me if I need oil they would deliver me 100 gallons but I would have to pay that upfront. Because of the mandated closing of all nonessential business I will be out of work for the foreseeable future. Making it unlikely that I will be able to come up with that money. I needed help registering online to be able to make online payments so I sent a message via facebook requesting our account number at 10pm on Saturday, not expecting to get an answer until monday and within minutes they responded and answered my questions.
