The Service Manager and AC repairman came promptly first thing this morning and found a mistake made in the wiring. I have no more problems with the water leaking or noise from my units and they are very quiet and efficient. Promises were, also, made to rectify the emergency response the next time if I have other issues after hours or on the weekend.
I had A Lennox mini split heat pump installed on Wednesday June 24, 2020 and it broke down on Saturday June 27, 2020. I called J J Powell emergency service because I had WATER STREAMING DOWN MY WALL and the unit was making a HORRENDOUS NOISE. I was told the technician could not come out and look at it and it would have to wait till Monday morning.
