Rude, pathetic service. They don't give a shit about any customers or their issues. Won't ever go back.
Pool cleaners and other equipment aren’t returnable if the package has been opened. Buy them from somewhere else.
Awful experience with lady working the register today. Although she eventually called her manager to resolve the issue, she was exceptionally rude and argumentative in the process. I went into the store to purchase 2 bottles of Perfect Weekly they advertised for 2 for $80. The store had several signs for this promotion as well. Upon arriving at the Leslie’s location in Rockwall, Texas, I walked into the store and was immediately met with a loud sigh and sucking of teeth from the employee working there. The young woman then stated, “Yes, can I help you?” in a very rude tone.
