False advertising!! 25 lbs of DE (Rockwall store) for $15.99. A complete Lie!!! They have a 3lb bag for ridiculous $29. See the photo of the ad and see its not available at any store but especially the Rockwall location which is identified in the online ad.
Wow! Literally front door customer service. Donny the store manager drove to another store that had the proper pump and deliver the pump to our front door. All of this during the first day of the jan 2026 ice storm so it could be installed immediately prior to the freezing part of the storm. This kind of service is a rarity to find today.
Don’t know what’s been going on lately been coming here for years but lately it feels like the place has fallen off a cliff - 4 months in a row with the water testing machine down? That is unacceptable. Lady working there is very nice, but I come here to confirm my personal testing is correct once a month and buy some products, she mentioned it was just my bad luck but corporate needs to fix that machine, it going off line up that much is not ok. Going to give it one more shot then look elsewhere.
Their pool supplies don't have anything for above ground pools.
Good product and great people 24/7. Prices are expensive, but the customer service makes it not so bad.
