We love our Katchakid net. You can't put a price on safety. Joe and his crew were easy to work with and did a great job. He stays booked up months in advance so my recommendation is to get the process started as soon as you can.
Joe and his team showed up to my home and promptly got to work installing our new safety cover. They were very fast, professional, clean and polite. We love the cover. Thank you! UPDATE: We had the leaf cover installed. We paid the deposit about 4 months ago, but due to the snow / weather the cover was not able to be installed until now. They went above and beyond, as always. Tightening our net, fitting the new leaf cover. Professional, polite, on time. Love these guys. Thank you.
We were very pleased working with J & J Pool Safety to order and install a quality leaf cover for our in-ground pool. Demand for this product and service in our area is very high so there is a lead time. It is definitely worth the wait! Joe and Lon were both excellent with responsiveness and all communication from start to finish. We highly recommend J & J Pool Safety!
Took a little bit to get our pool safety net installed but they were very professional and friendly. Did a great job on the install as well as taking me through how to use the net myself. Would definitely recommend their services.
