We are very pleased with the customer service and the install process of our KatchAKid system and leaf net. Joe is very busy and took a couple months to get ours installed but its worth the wait. The customer service is what sold me. Every time I reached out to Joe, I had a response within a couple of hours or less. We are located in SE North Carolina. I would highly recommend J & J Pool Safety.
Joe came out and installed our KatchAKid net last year and did an amazing job!! I started talking with him when we found out the house we were looking to buy had a pool and was able to book it in advance, and it was installed the day after we moved in! Perfect timing really, we booked ours a couple months before moving because he typically has a wait list. We are all the way in Loudon, Tennessee, and he showed up bright and early to get started. Joe was great. Came out to middle TN and was in & out with really clean work. Would definitely hire him again.
Great safety net, installed perfectly and is easy to use. Really helps to keep our small kids and our friend's kids safe. Be patient though, their services are in high demand so you may be scheduled a couple months out but they will show up when they say they will.
We had a Katchakid safety net installed and I cannot say enough about the amazing service from Joe. We live in the Upstate area and The process was easy and the results were fantastic. It took several weeks from the time we ordered until it was installed but it was worth the wait and Joe kept us up to date on the process and timeline. I can breathe easier knowing we have this net on the pool while our grandchildren are visiting. Thank you!
