I called to set up my katch-a-kid in the Florida Panhandle early April, they were out here setting it up by early July, even though it’s the dead of summer and ridiculously hot out. Every time I texted for an update, I was given an answer within a couple hours. They were so transparent about every single aspect of the net. Lonnie did a great job installing a Katch a kid net on our pool in Louisiana, which had a fairly complicated design with a negative edge and multiple deck levels. The net is solid and looks great!
Wonderful experience, I am in coastal southeast Georgia and can tell you this peace of mind is a great investment. The little bit of wait (still not that long in today’s terms) was worth it. When you do things right your business is busy. True professionals in their craft, highly recommend katch a kid net installed by them!
Joe has been incredible since the first conversation, so professional and respectful. We are in the atlanta area and there was a bit of a backlog/wait, but Joe is easily accessible for updates. His installation provided a huge comfort for safety for our family and he walked us through the installation and removal in a way that was very easy to understand. Highly recommend the Joe and the Katchakid, worth it!
