J&J Oyster Bar started off by selling seafood in Billy Bob's of Texas many years ago. When it became a full fledged restaurant it first opened down the street from it's current location in to a little diner (now Salsa Limón). One of our favorite places to eat at in ft worth . Food is always great .
Loved the food, Can't complain, always fresh made to order, had the lunch special fried oysters. Perfect, never had them taste as good anywhere else, really cold beer. Wait staff was really bad, had an attitude but good made up for it
Food is pretty good MOST of the time...if you pay by card check your balance before you leave...receipt said $14.88....statetment said $18.88...of course the waitress had no idea how.
I go to J&Js all the time when in the area. Love Melanie. She's our favorite server. Crawfish n oysters were the best , on Saturday 1/14/147 Mmmm delicious
