I had a very negative experience at this salon. Before the service began, I explained multiple times that I have sensitive skin and wanted someone experienced and careful handling my nails. Unfortunately, during the appointment, I was cut multiple times during the filing and cuticle trimming process. The cuts were quite painful, especially as products and chemicals continued coming into contact during the service. I like the atmosphere because they are not yapping away in a language you don’t understand and instead they concentrate on you and talk to you.

A neighbor recommended this salon to me and I loved it from the first visit. I had a gel manicure and my Mom got a pedicure. They take their time, it's by appointment made in advance and they do not rush but they don't keep you waiting either. It's not a mill like the places on Middle Neck Road where you don't know who is going to do your nails when you walk in. My son and I had a wonderful experience at J&J Nails. Everything is very clean, sterilized, super friendly staff, and excellent service. Puja is extremely perfectionist with her job. I love my nails, it was a time to relax and take care of myself. Also my son 5 years old cut his nails and had fun. I’ll recommend this place for all my friends.
