I had a very negative experience at this salon. Before the service began, I explained multiple times that I have sensitive skin and wanted someone experienced and careful handling my nails. Unfortunately, during the appointment, I was cut multiple times during the filing and cuticle trimming process. The cuts were quite painful, especially as products and chemicals continued coming into contact during the service.
