I like the atmosphere because they are not yapping away in a language you don’t understand and instead they concentrate on you and talk to you.
A neighbor recommended this salon to me and I loved it from the first visit. I had a gel manicure and my Mom got a pedicure. They take their time, it's by appointment made in advance and they do not rush but they don't keep you waiting either. It's not a mill like the places on Middle Neck Road where you don't know who is going to do your nails when you walk in. My son and I had a wonderful experience at J&J Nails. Everything is very clean, sterilized, super friendly staff, and excellent service. Puja is extremely perfectionist with her job. I love my nails, it was a time to relax and take care of myself. Also my son 5 years old cut his nails and had fun. I’ll recommend this place for all my friends.
Called & ask for pricing of a regular mani/pedi. A young sounding girl asked if it was for powder, I said no.Just regular plain. She told me $35.00 I made appointment since it was same rate ad others in area. I gave my card.It showed a charge of $45 + $1.61 total $46.61. I addressed this to management on site & they denied all. I asked them to credit my card for the $ 10.00 difference. They were extremely disrespectful,and said no. Bait and Switch policy.
