Great service. Always friendly and knowledgeable. They listen. Even if the solution that you need isn’t something they offer, they’ll point you in the right direction.
Always call immediately before you go. I called to confirm that they could do Ego warranty repairs (they said yes) and then drove up (20 miles) on a Saturday only to find that they had a sign on the door saying they were closed. To be fair it was for a funeral but the point is that this is a mom & pop business so they could close at any time for any reason.
