Came out afternoon before Thanksgiving to check out our gas furnace problem. Very responsive, showed me the issues, discuss the options with this, and based on the visual inspection have decided to replace the 14-year-old unit. Very happy with both the responsiveness of the evaluation and the courteous discussion of the options. The crew i came on time with the proper unit, and got right to work.
