I’ve used J&J for years. They have always come quickly and done a great job. I especially like their honesty. They’ve even given me little tips and tricks to fix some of the minor HVAC glitches myself, and it has saved me a lot of time and money. Thank you, J&J!
Jason simply blew away my expectations. Before he'd invested his time and expertise, I had a total of 3 other companies come to repair my 30 year old Trane 3 ton system that blew air, that wasn't cold, after the first company came to perform maintenance on my already working HVAC system. The maintenance "work" they did broke my system. So, they sent out another tech to fix it. That tech did not fix it but I was told it was fixed and was still charged for the work. Caleb came and detected the problem we had and repaired it within 24 hours from the time I called. J and J has serviced our h vacs before and we will continue to use them!
I can not say enough about how good an experience this service was. They diagnosed a problem in both my heating unit and later in my air conditioning. They were fast efficient and cost effective. can't say enough good things.
