Came out in reasonable time and very professional.
On 5/20/2026 J & J Mechanicsl sent serviceman Alvis to repair our AC unit. This gentleman was timely, dressed in proper gear and very polite. He explained the issue thoroughly and offered us the opinions. He showed great knowledge about our AC System and magnificent Customer Service. Most of all it did not take all day
Called this morning and got a tech to come to my house that same day. Isaiah came and diagnosed the problem within minute’s, fixed the problem and now my house is cool again. BIG THANKS TO J AND J AND ISAIAH , definitely going to recommend them to my friends.
