. My AC went out. I called the repair company that I had used for years. Repair guy said Compressor needs replacing. He said AC is old I should consider replacing it. After considering there horrible finance options I decided to get a second opinion. I explained the situation to my son. My son did research and scheduled J& J Mechanical. The technicians take their time and make sure they check everything, and they provide a clear summary that includes pictures. Staff are amazing — communication is clear, friendly, and efficient.
John was my service technician. He was very polite. John not only serviced our HVAC system, but took the time to explain everything. He is very knowledgeable of the HVAC system. John even explained the importance of changing our filter every 30 days. J & J Mechanical is the only company we've use for our HVAC needs since 2008.
