I just want to say I couldn’t be more satisfied with J & J Lock. We had some trouble with my mothers car couldn’t get it to start, and it’s right before the Christmas. I gave these wonderful guys a call on Friday and explained my situation, I knew because of the holiday they’d be busy and most likely have to wait. My son and I were installing a lock set on my front door and had some strange issues. I could lock it from the outside but couldn't remove the key AND I couldn't lock it from the inside., The people at J+J Lock walked me through fixing our errors and never charged me. Definitely above and beyond!!!
