I'm not sure how to rate someone when they don't actually perform the service. I reached out but never received a call-back, which is one-star in my opinion, regardless of the quality of service they provide. Don't know what it is about this industry, but this seems to be the norm.
Contacted them on their website 3 times about getting a quote. Never received any response via phone or email. It’s tough for me to call as I work during the day. When I finally was able to call, received a message that they weren’t taking any new clients. Maybe put that on your website so folks don’t waste their time? Certainly hope they provide better service to their current clients than they do prospective clients. Extremely frustrating experience.
We have been pleased with the quality work of J & J Lawn Care for several years and look forward to their services this year. They are very reliable and prompt.
