We have always used this service for acquiring overweight permits. Over the last couple of years, service has went way down. You wait on hold for HOURS sometimes just to talk to someone in India who can't understand you and who has no clue about US geography, or even halfway knows how to do their job. Great job outsourcing a service that is best kept in the US to overseas at the inconvenience of your customers.
