Very Disappointed with this agent, they let my homeowner’s insurance expire, did not notify me, and I had to find new insurance on my own. My mortgage company hit me with a huge payment for the 3 weeks it took me to get the new policy. Their customer service used to be good but has not been very good recently. I’m glad I found a new agent that will take better care of my insurance.
