Before I started with J and J, I used to worry about my mom daily. I no longer do. I have been using J and J Homecare for over a year now. My mom lives in an independent living community which encourages their tenants to age-in-place (also amazing— Camellia Gardens, Maynard MA). When my mother moved into independent living last year, we knew she would need a good amount of assistance, so we signed on with J&J. Our experience with them has been excellent overall, with a very few hiccups from time to time (mostly regarding easily-resolved billing issues). Though Mom was extremely anxious and shut-down after her move last spring, she has adjusted very well to her new life, thanks in large part to her lovely helpful caregivers. I am so thankful for J & J Homecare. They have been an important part of my brother's life for quite a while. Apart from assistance, the human interaction is really important to someone who is permanently wheelchair bound, what they provide is caring, friendly, and really appreciated. My brother and I have welcomed them as almost a part of our family. Can't really say enough, Laurie especially, is always on top of things. I trust their help and recommend them highly.
