Exceptional Experience!!! During these difficult times, I have found myself needing to sell some jewelry that I no longer wear. J & J Gold & Silver Buyers in Palm Desert was recommended to me. I just worked with the owner James who is very knowledgeable, kind and extremely fair. This was the third local shop that I have worked with and it was the best experience by far. I walked into J & J Gold & Silver Buyers. I met with James Fausett. I needed to liquidate jewelry. James was patient as he examined each piece. He tested the gold. He calculated the value based on the price of gold and the weight. He wrote out the price he would pay. After about 45 minutes, he totaled it up and gave me cash. I went to 3 separate locations in the Coachella Valley as I live in Palm Springs. James at J &J gold buyers was by far the nicest and most knowledgeable gem and gold buyer that I dealt with, and their store is beautiful and in a great location on West El Paseo. I had gold and gems to sell, and James offered me the highest and most fair price of all 3 locations that I went to. I will definitely return here and I highly J &J Gold Buyers!
