This is absolutely a first class operation. I knew I wanted to do business with this place drom the moment I called. I had called several other dealers slash pawn.Shops and had had a smattering of rudeness to absolute incompetence. I have sold gold, jewelry many times to different places but lately I haven’t been satisfied with the offers, whether it was the percentage of spot price or the fact that they deducted for the diamonds, precious stones from the overall weight but expected to keep them for free, etc, well I was happy with the way James conducted business.
