I had an excellent experience with Jay at J & J Fine Jewelry. He repaired the spring attachment on my Casio watch quickly and professionally. The quality of the work was outstanding—the watch feels as good as new! Jay was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. Do yourself a favor and avoid this jeweler at all costs. If I could give him a zero, he’d get a zero. I brought my husband’s 14k gold chain to this jeweler before Labor Day because the clasp was broken, and I also asked about replacing a watch strap. He told me it would be ready a week after Labor Day since he was going to NY to have it fixed. Two weeks passed and I never got a phone call, so I went back in.
