Was looking for a new company to service my boiler. The lady that answered the phone seemed bothered by my question. She said only if I bought Oil from them. When I told her I didn’t buy oil from them, she hung up on me.
Great customer service.
Just saw one of the drivers at BWorld, and I can’t believe what I saw. The girl outside was trying to get some big truck to leave and get the line fixed and the driver just ignored her, rolled up the window in her face. I live in Stoneham, so not exactly near this company, but I won’t be using this company when I buy a house someday. You should get your drivers in check.
