One star. Unhappy with the quality of their product and customer service. I quit buying their chemical after they sent me a bad batch. I lost customers because the chemicals they sent me wouldn't last more then a day instead of week it is supposed to. My customers called and called upset because their toilet stunk and there was no color. At first, I was upset with my guys thinking that they were slacking off so I'd send the guys out to service them left and right and I would still get the same result.
