Initial call with owner and setting up service was great! Price was great as well. Now the downside... the work was performed on our back patio deck (reseal and repairs) then 2 weeks later there was weeds coming through the patio deck all over. We reached out and the owner told us. "That is nature there is no way to stop them" Excuse me??? We have had this patio deck for over 25 years and never had this issue. I have called countless times to get an estimate from this company, sent pictures of the flooring that needs to be redone as requested by the owner as well as the measurements, only to not hear from him. I have sent follow up messages and continued to call and still he has not even the courtesy to return a call and say, “hey, I am too busy and refer me somewhere else or maybe the job is too small.”
Gene did a great job cleaning and resealing my pool deck.
