I needed a NC Vehicle Inspection. They were courteous and prompt.
Customer service by the lady answering the phone was absolutely horrible. My son was in an emergency situation where he blew a tire and was trying to bring his car in to replace one tire and I tried explaining to the lady on the phone that I received a discount through USAA on Goodyear tires and I can pay for the installation and the tires through USAA who in turn pays the business. Broke down in Plymouth with power steering issues. Called another repair company and they weren't able to tow my large truck and trailer and referred me to J&J. J&J called me, price quote on the phone and was on site in 20 minutes. Loaded truck on rollback, hooked enclosed trailer behind and we were headed back home to Buxton (2 hrs away). Super nice man and very sweet black lab with him. Dropped trailer off at one location and truck off at local mechanic here in Buxton. Highly recommend at a reasonable price.
