12/2012 This is a great place to bring your car....this is my second time going to them and they did a fantastic job once again. :-) I recommend them to everyone...there very efficient and kept in touch just with updates and my car looks brand new! Thanks guys!
Trustworthy car guys... I first encountered J & J body shop when I had backed into a brick wall with my Volkswagen. I was so upset with myself and felt really silly to have made such a mistake. It didn't make sense to use the insurance so I went around for quotes so I didn't have to look at my scuffed bumper anymore. Sarah T I first went to J&J Auto Body when I was in an accident years ago, and I'm headed back in the next few weeks. I've also had my husband there for his car...we absolutely LOVE these guys. The office is warm, the people are friendly, and we trust them implicitly. The work they did was awesome. We are absolutely customers for LIFE!!
An Insurance Adjusters opinion I work with many body shops and this is one I choose to take my own car to. They do a great job and fast, and they work well with the insurance companies so that you have no problems.
WORST BODY SHOP The WORST shop to ever go to. I took my 2006 G6 GTP Hard Top Convertible their and they charged for things that was not fix, didn't fix things that should of been fixed. My car was suppose to be a totaled out car according to our calculation :( but they said no they can fix it so we trusted them. We had to bring it back multiple times and it still wasn't fixed. RecommendedWalked in for bumper repair. Dennis, Asst Manager, very courteously helped me. 20 minutes later it was done and the best part was it was gratis, pro bono. The goodness of his heart is for sure a reflection of management and outstanding customer service. I will refer clients for collision related auto body work!
J&J is an honest auto body shop that does excellent work. Dennis gave me a good estimate and followed through on what they promised. We have gone to J & J body shop forever. They have always fixed our cars beyond expectation. Although, I wish people would quit hitting my cars, so I don't HAVE to go see them.
I've been going to this body shop for the last 24 years And I tell you there is no other body shop I would go to they are the best hands down they fix your car and they fix it right I highly recommend these people Nick is wonderful and all the staff behind the scenes are great also can't forget wonderful Linda she's so friendly and helpful.
