Poor customer service! We had an appointment set and confirmed that tech would call ahead 30 minutes prior. He did call ahead an leave a number. We called to say we were on the way. We passed him in our neighborhood leaving! We called him and said we just passed you, please come back. The tech said I did what I was supposed to do you'll have to reschedule!
