They’d rather send you across town for parts they have and spend extra money then help their own community. Then make excuses on why it would be better to go WAYYYYYYY ACROSS TOWN .... when I literally live up the street 😑 After I told him the other place they referred was already closed and “they” close at 7. The staff will give you an honest opinion on anything. They can get and have new things but they also have a great inventory of used furniture and appliances for unbeatable prices.
J&J was recommended to me by a coworker when I needed a new washing machine. Best decision I ever made, going to them. Great prices, no hassles, no pushy salesman, and they honored their warranty 100%, no questions asked, when a minor issue came up a few days after purchasing my new washer. I've been remodeling my home a little at a time, and I'll definitely be purchasing everything I need from J&J.

We were about to head to Portage for another furniture shop but My husband saw this place on Yelp and I was a little leary when we pulled into their parking area. But glad we went inside. Found a nice dresser for our bedroom. Used but in great shape and a good price. :) and the two guys were very nice and loaded it into my truck for us.
