J and J Air did a fantastic job installing my new a/c and air handler. The technician and installers were very knowledgeable. They kept me informed on all the work being done. They got me involved when it came to the placement of the a/c unit. I will recommend them to friends and neighbors in my area. Very satisfied.
Shane performed our maintenance check and was very satisfied. Shane was punctual, well mannered, professional, knowledgeable and very personable. In a time where customer service and all can seem systematic and robot like it was nice having Shane who not only performed a service but took the time to explain his process and findings if needed. I called a JJ air and left a message on their voicemail and text that I was having air conditioning problems around 7:30 PM. I actually got a call back that night. They scheduled my appointment for between three and five the following day. I asked if they had a cancellation if they could move me up because I have guest staying from out of town and that’s exactly what happened. Got a call Bill arrived at 10 o’clock.
