Always get great service here, I've had many chains sharpened and they always cut like new. Just bought a new Kubota zero turn mower from them last week and couldn't be more happy.

We also had similar experience. They rebuilt our Honda generator – sloppy, expensive and incomplete work. In addition, J & I was short-tempered and rude to my wife when she requested a deposit refund for work they did not perform on another job. They demanded she produce a bank statement to prove she left the deposit (even though they were in possession of the equipment – with their tags). Extremely disappointing repair/maintenance service and very costly. Have since learned many in the community have had same experiences. Mower blades sharpened & belt replacement ran $390.00, the result: cuts worse now than did before taking it in. Same last year on my Sthil-025 rebuild. My resolve; Madsen's in Centrailia. And to spread the word on these people every opportunity.
