I went to see Dr J.I Frank and the appointment i thought went very well. We did labs (basic tests) and i got answered via email. He told me to drop off my cd of a brain mri from a few years ago and i did. But He never got back to me. I called and they said he was just very busy. I sent a follow up email and never got back to me. its been about a month since his last response and about 2 months since our initial apt. His office has not tried to reach out. Dr. Frank is one of the best doctors I’ve ever seen. He listens to my concerns and he genuinely cares. After just one appointment, my symptoms slowly disappeared (severe migraines, vomiting and nausea) and my life has changed.
