From start to finish, had a wonderful experience with J Hood. They were quick to come and give me a quote, which I felt was very fair, and came in and replaced my whole HVAC system the next day. I was surprised at how quick and painless whole process was. Butch and Pickle, installers, were fun and friendly. Most importantly, as a single female in the house- I felt completely safe the whole time they were at the house. Would recommend.
JHood is outstanding, and specifically our favorite tech, Christian. He is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I highly recommend Christian or anyone from JHood for both plumbing and HVAC services.
My tech, Robert was very nice and did a great job in checking out my gas fireplace and making sure everything was OK. J Hood is a very good company.
