No stars! I can't believe it's been five years and I am STILL finding defects in Jon Jolley's work!! Aside from leaving my rental property a mess, taking two weeks beyond HIS estimated completion date, failing to adequately supervise and complete the project and subsequently having to re-install wood flooring on the stairs, I am now finding that the shower insert was so improperly installed that the entire thing has to be removed and replaced since he did not put ANY BACKING behind it.
