Kept an open line of communication and was reachable at any time. . We had a niche house to sell that required just the right buyer, that took some time and we didn't get on the market until summers end due to final repairs. But we did end up getting a buyer, and we found a great house to move into. The whole process went about as smoothly as you could hope for and we're very happy with our move. Jacob is very easy going and you are not hurting his feelings if the house isn't just right for you.
