Tried to book an appointment for 3 weeks. Hung up on my calls, without letting me get a word out, ignored my emails. I went in person to ask what gives, turns out the number on their website is wrong. So they give me a new number which I had the same experience with. They were rude and distracted when I went in to ask about it. Disgusting customer service
My sister and I absolutely love JHair Studios. She's fast and listens.🥰 I recommend her to everyone I know.
She is a good hair stylish
I had such a horrible experience with this salon, as you can see in the pic, I particularly asked for layer cut & not too short & that’s what I have got after waiting for a while. While she was cutting my hair, she was distracted with other customers & giving instructions to the co workers who didn’t had any idea what he was doing. No time management, no friendly customer service, constantly talking with co worker, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, waste of money.
