This Cole guy is nothing but JERK!!! My wife called him about her 74 yr. old mother's a/c on a car she just bought...and he was a total smart-aleck for no reason and even hung up on her twice. One more thing, the car price was jacked up over $2000 more than the retail price. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS JERK!!!
