I went today for first time. May explained different types gel they have and was pleasant. Gina did my nails hot gel, very good job and painless unlike my old place. Happy with service. My new nail place

I had a very disappointing experience here I went to the women named coco. The technician rushed through my appointment and did not take the time to ensure my nails were done properly. I felt that my nails were done according to what the technician wanted rather than what I requested. When I expressed my concerns and pointed out issues with the final result, she became rude and unprofessional. The pedicure itself was okay, my toes look nice… I got the jewel spa pedicure but it just feels so rushed, the women employees are screaming across the salon at eachother, talking super loud…also what ever happened to going and getting a pedicure to relax? You have people who are scrolling on social media with their volume all the way up or flat out playing their own music loudly. If you want to have a relaxing pedicure, I wouldn’t go here, the atmosphere is chaotic!
