This company, is a joke. I have sent them several letters and notices disputing an account that they sent to collections, the account was paid in full to one of their customers (Canyon Crest Apartments In Newhall CA) I never received my deposit. this is a violation of the FCRA. I have tried to get a hold of someone but have been unsuccessful. they use to be TOWNE CENTER MANAGEMENT. they have such a high profile but lack customer service.
