If I could give less than 1 star I would. We had a customers vehicle brought to us by them. There was a part missing off the customers vehicle. The first time I made contact with them about it they said they would replace the part that was missing when they towed the vehicle to our shop. The next time we made contact with them they said they had photos that it was there and it is now on us to replace the part. Our photos show it missing when we first got the vehicle. MY car got towed and my wallet was in my car. When I went to get it it was gone. They said the police must have gotten it but no they didnt. Then they said some bad people that live 8n a trailer park must have broke in and stole it. Never got my wallet back.
