If I could leave a zero I would. Scheduled to get my hair done well when I show up I have 3 people (two stylists and the receptionist) that look at me super confused then a huge awkward feeling filled the air right before I was told the girl that was supposed to do my hair was “fired” and that they supposedly tried contacting me days before my appointment to try an reschedule which they never tried contacting.
