Absolutely terrible experience dealing with J&G Trailers. First issue was the title problems, which turned into a complete headache and took far longer to resolve than it ever should have. Communication was poor and getting straightforward answers was nearly impossible. Then after finally getting into the trailer and starting repairs, I discovered severe frame rust and structural damage that should never have gone unnoticed. I had a great experience from start to finish. The whole team was incredibly nice and accommodating. They took the time to answer all my questions, made the process easy, and genuinely cared about making sure I got exactly what I needed. It’s not every day you deal with a business that treats you like more than just another sale. Their customer service really stands out, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trailer. Top-notch experience all around.
Stopped on a Sunday coming thru town, had a good weekend of trailers, looked like mainly H&H brand
I purchased a new 2016 h&h trailer and the VIN sticker came off trailer and i cant get a new one for it because they said the company was sold and they wont reprint a new one. I think this is BS When I purchased it new in 2016.
They are the BEST place around bar none to buy a trailer to fit your towing needs I GAURANTEE IT!!! You won't be disappointed!!! Joyce or John Gardner will take care of you for sure!!
