Beautiful restaurant but horrible guest service! We are staying at the beautiful Phoenician Resort and the front desk told us we could take a meal to our room but when we went to J&G to order they rudely told us they do not allow orders to go. There is a huge disconnect from what the resort wants for its guests and what J&G will do. Terrible guest service and unfortunately they reflect negatively on the Phoenician. When I was not happy they told me to go to another restaurant. Terrible.

our reservation was 8:45 it was the last one that we took granting that it was and there’s not much enough customers left, for the amount of money we spent, we shouldn’t feel like we are being rush to eat and enjoy our birthday dinner, our server did not even ask what we want to drink or if we are celebrating any occasion, barely acknowledge as being there just got our order not even a refill of water and mind you there’s only a few customers there … we were looking forward to this birthday dinner but a little disappointed

The GM Frank Armanetti is a truly horrifying human being!!! I’ve been going to J&G for the last 15 years had my family even did my cousins engagement dinner there!! Compared to Patrick his predecessor Frank leaves A lot to be desired. I have a 6lb Maltese service dog and a second even smaller Maltese that I’m training to be a service dog. These dogs don’t shed and very quiet and sit in a stroller. 肉はミディアム、良い加減で美味しかったですが、塩が強過ぎ、ソースの味変も試せない。高級ホテルにあるレストランだが、カジュアルリゾートのドレスコードときいていたが、なんでもいい感じ。それを良しとするか、雰囲気を壊さないように、少しおしゃれな服装とするのか。私は後者の方が良いかと。 めちゃくちゃうるさいテーブルがあったが、注意をしてもらいたい。自分達のテーブルの会話が出来ないほどでした。
