Juan came out to my condo on the same day I got a hold of him to deal with a condensation leak that started from my a/c air handler in the ceiling. He diagnosed the issue as a clogged drain pipe and he was able to quickly clean the clogged pipe and reroute the tubing to better facilitate water drainage because my a/c was installed decades ago with different building codes that are now obsolete. It was a very reasonable price as well, and friendly, educational service - highly recommend.
Juan was very professional and punctual. He didn't overcharge, and even taught me a few things. I would strongly recommend his business to anyone
