If I could give JGM Management zero stars, I would. This company is the pinnacle of incompetence and gross negligence. They sent an unauthorized, "mickey mouse" lawn crew to my residence completely destroyed everything I have worked on for over a year. I have spent hours upon hours bringing in flowers and mulch to create a manicured home, only for JGM Management to allow a crew to scalp the lawn down to the dirt and mow over my flowers. This property management group illegally changed the locks on my grandmother's reverse mortgage home, without it it being in the foreclosure process.... and there is no communication... no one answers the phones or returns calls.
My mortgage company referred me here for a home inspection after a home ins claim but they are terrible. I wish I could put zero reviews! Nobody answers the calls, calls go to voicemail. They claim they call people but they don’t.
Horrible company. They take your money when they already have a customer on a property
