WHY does the West Neuse Sewer Interceptor project keep getting further & further behind schedule? WHY is there almost never any work being done out there? Everyone who loves the Neuse River Trail is pretty fed up with the lack of effort on this project. It's been over 2 1/2 years!! Whole subdivision constructions have been completed in less time! Are you being fined / held accountable for all these delays?
