We needed some major deadwooding and trimming/pruning of multiple Douglas Fir, old Japanese Maples, rhodies & fruit trees. I saw the quality work that J&F did in a neighbor's yard so I gave them a call. John came right out to take a look and kindly answered all my questions about the health of the trees. We were so pleased with J & F Tree service! They took down 3 big trees, in one day and came back the next day and did the stump grinding. The crew worked efficiently and effectively, cleaning as they went along. Also their price was unbeatable! We will definitely be using J & F Tree service for the next tree(s) we we need removed and would recommend to anyone else who needs a tree removal referral!

It's rare you meet someone that truly prides themselves on their integrity, knowledge, and honesty over sales. We called J&F (Dan) to look at trees at our house in Hillsboro that we thought might need to be removed or at least trimmed (thinking they might be a danger to our neighbors), but Dan looked them over thoroughly and told us the truth - that the trees were beautiful, and unlikely to be a danger to anyone for the life of the trees, and that he'd be happy to help us, but only if we want them gone or touched for some ot... read more
