I had JF builders install hurricane shutters for Hurricane Milton. John seemed very reliable at first but since the hurricane passed I haved called and texted multiple times. He reassured me that he would be out to remove them tomorrow after the first text and he never showed up. I understand business and there may be other people that he needs to help but to ghost me and my calls without the decency to call and tell me and a couple of my neighbors the expected removal date, is unacceptable. Very difficult to get a hold of the owner (John) on questions and answers to the method of installation of my swimming pool. Called office repeatedly and left messages with staff for John to call back but to no avail. Calls were never returned. Came to the conclusion JF construction lacks the professionalism and expertise to execute my project.
