I highly recommend J & F Chiattello Construction company. They resurfaced my flat roof about five years ago. I have been very impressed with their professionalism and workmanship ever since. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My mother's condo building needed a new roof and used this company. There were leaks within 6 months. The company came out once to fix the leak but nothing was solved. There is now water in the hallway ceiling and all it will take is one more storm and the ceiling might cave in. The company is not returning calls.
I recently had a back porch roof leak. I emailed/called Chiatello Construction in order to resolve the issue. They responded, sent someone out to assess and repaired promptly. I really appreciated this! Thank you!
