usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share this experience to help others avoid the same mistake. I visited J&F hoping for a straightforward process and decent customer service. I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel a responsibility to speak out after what I’ve witnessed and experienced. J&F Dealership has repeatedly taken advantage of the Somali community and other non-English speaking customers. These are hardworking people—many of them new to this country—who are trusting and have no reason to believe a car dealership would blatantly lie to them. Sadly, that’s exactly what’s happening here.
