I can't recommend J & A Auto Center enough! It’s rare to find an auto shop that is this honest, straightforward, and reasonably priced. They diagnosed the problem quickly, explained exactly what needed to be fixed, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary services. My car was ready right on time and runs perfectly. I had a disappointing experience here and would not return. I came in because of a grinding noise from the wheels and specifically asked to have my brakes checked. The mechanic inspected the car and told me there was nothing wrong with the brakes. Instead, he focused on my muffler and mentioned it was loud and could get me a ticket, explaining that he doesn’t handle exhaust work and suggesting another shop.
