Couldn’t attend my appointment because there was no parking. The parking lot had 17 reserved spots for employees and only 3 spots for visitors. It would be great if I was informed ahead of time that I would need to park in a lot and walk far in order to get my service. I don’t believe I should’ve been charged a cancellation fee.
Do NOT go to J Elite Esthetics in Waldorf, Maryland. I’ve been a client since 2021, but the service has declined. Front desk unprofessional—I was hung up on—and Katie, the aesthetician, didn’t apologize. Facials are not tailored, product recommendations are mediocre, and minor certifications are treated like expertise. I have been coming to J Elite for almost 5 years for pretty kitty services. Since becoming loyal customer, I have been met with nothing but kindness from all staff. I especially need to shout out my amazing esthetician, Katie. She is incredible at the craft and an even more incredible human being. Katie is funny, kind, gentle and patient! Again, her work is incredible. I always leave my service glowing (literally) and feeling more confident.
Got a facial from Katie a few months ago & I am so excited to go back. Katie is very kind & knowledgeable. She gave me a few recommendations to improve my skincare & I have noticed a tremendous improvement since implementing her routine.
Zee is that esthetician. Licensed, knowledgeable, and literally specializes in everything. She’s patient, easy to talk to, and makes you feel completely cared for—never rushed or judged. She built a personalized regimen for me, and I’m already seeing results. We’re locked in now, and I’ll definitely be seeing her monthly. Ask for Zee… but don’t book up all her appointments, I still need my spot!
