I had noticed the cedar trim and siding below my lake side windows were rotted, along with a few boards on my deck, and needed replacing-- just a small job. I soon discovered most siding contractors won't do small jobs. I was grateful when Ed LaPlant owner of Edmund Construction said he was happy to do small jobs himself while his crew was busy with bigger roofing and siding gigs.
