I had JE Redington replace an expansion tank on my hot water heater. The tech, Henry, was professional and did good work. When I first got the invoice, I had to contact them as some of the items didn't seem right. Fortunately, they were willing to work with me to resolve the issue.
Affordable, on time, and very knowledgeable and professional company. I highly recommend.
DISRESPECTFUL to me. I live in a condo and just had a leak repaired by another plumbing company a week ago. Two J E Redington plumbers just came to my door as they are inspecting multiple leaks in the building. They said they wanted to come in my unit as they said leak is from my unit. I just had the most disappointing interaction with them. I've been using them for 30+ years, but when I called to try to make a service appointment I had to leave a message, then call back when nobody returned my call. I then spoke to someone I had never encountered before, and who was quite rude, actually. They were scheduling 3 weeks out, and evidently don't have anyone for emergency calls.
