Called twice I left a message the first time and my husband called the second time and no call back yet
It seems like they're okay with not answering calls back in times of emergency. Furnace not working in a cold snap? Not their problem. Don't waste your time on these amateur plumbers, go somewhere that actually does something to help.
They put a new facit in my kitchen. In less than a month it was lose. I called with no return call. It was 7 days with no return call.
