It seems like they're okay with not answering calls back in times of emergency. Furnace not working in a cold snap? Not their problem. Don't waste your time on these amateur plumbers, go somewhere that actually does something to help.
They put a new facit in my kitchen. In less than a month it was lose. I called with no return call. It was 7 days with no return call.
