Our church dealt with this group a few years ago. They charged us for service that we didn't ask to be completed. Simply a diagnosis. However they charged us for full service which they never completed due to needing a specific part. Our church tried to resolve the matter with the owner but they deferred to the tech and told them that we would have to take it up with him.
