I contracted with JE Ledford & Sons, Inc (JEL) in February of 2024 to build an addition and detached garage at my historic Frederick home. JEL assured me that he was a "custom" home builder and would work with me to make this match my existing home. After numerous mistakes, damage to my home, and poor workmanship, he completely abandoned the job six months ago.
